Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn strap in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
